It is important that Teachers and Facilitators work together to create a successful "virtual" classroom. Participants will get in-depth training with IDL equipment as well as learn simple troubleshooting techniques. Many attributes of the IDL classroom will be covered such as teaching with 4 and 5 day schools, how to handle homework from a distance, and roles and responsibilities of the teacher, facilitator, and students.
